YOUR RELATIONSHIPS. READY FOR WHAT’S NEXT.
A simpler move from your old CRM to the HOME Platform, with the details that make your contacts more than a list of names.
CRM Better turns your exports into import files for HOME. Review your contacts, choose where each detail goes, and bring your notes and relationship history along.
Use files from one person’s contacts at a time. You can combine several of your lists; overlapping contacts are consolidated.
Conversion runs in this browser using programmed rules, not AI. Your contact files are not uploaded to our server. Privacy policy.

What to know about converting your CRM contacts for the HOME Platform.
Export your contacts from your current CRM, choose those files above, and review the preview. Adjust field mappings, statuses, and tags as needed. Download the prepared import files, then upload them in HOME’s contact import workflow. Review HOME’s mapping and import results before treating the move as complete.
CRM Better includes source-specific support for Google Contacts, Cloze, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Lofty / Chime, Top Producer contact exports, RealScout, ActivePipe, Rechat, Buffini Referral Maker, Wise Agent, Brivity, Daylite, and Flexmls, plus generic spreadsheets and vCards, including iPhone Contacts. Export versions and available fields vary. The preview and report show how your particular files are handled. Using something else? Use the “Request it” link with the CRM logos above.
Your browser does the converting, so size is limited by what a browser tab can hold. A batch can be up to 50 MB in total, about 100,000 contacts. CSV and vCard files can be up to 50 MB each; Excel and Numbers files up to 15 MB each, because they are compressed. ZIPs can contain up to 10 supported contact files, within the same limits after unzipping. Larger exports: split them by year or by tag and convert them in batches. Keep this tab open while reviewing. No account is needed.
Contact details, notes, tags, and relationship information carry forward when they’re in your export. Depending on the source and your choices, information can become a HOME field, a tag, a note, or background information. Review the converted contacts and report to check where your details went. Information that your old CRM did not include in the export cannot be recovered from that file.
Yes. Open Edit field mapping on the preview screen, choose the source field, and select its destination. Update the preview to check the result. A heading like “Phone 1” does not always identify the phone type, so choose the destination that matches your data.
The converter consolidates contacts that match its duplicate rules and reports the results. Check the contact previews and counts, especially when combining exports. Contacts with no email, phone, or address are left out and listed separately; valid private or hidden contacts are included with their source labels. Set their visibility permissions in HOME after importing.
Contact conversion happens on your device, in your browser, using programmed rules. The conversion never uploads your contact files or converted records to our server or sends them to an AI service. Usage analytics exclude contact contents. Support reports are separate: our AI reviews the reports you choose to send, and files are attached only if you explicitly choose that option. If you attach your files to a report, we use them to reproduce the problem, which can involve AI tools. Read the privacy policy.
No. It reads the files you choose and creates new files for you to download. Your originals remain unchanged. You decide when to import the result into HOME and should check HOME’s import results afterward.
When your export includes supported buyer criteria, CRM Better can prepare editable search names and prompts. Copy them into HOME’s AI assistant and check the resulting filters. The converter does not create saved searches, invite clients, or switch on alerts.
No. CRM Better is an independent tool made by Elorati. No Compass or HOME account connection is required to prepare your files here.
Browse a few of your contacts. If everything looks right, keep going. Open Edit field mapping only if a detail is in the wrong place.
Check both names and choose who owns each email and phone. Confirm queues your choice; Apply reviewed choices updates all reviewed pairs together.
Shared emails go in one person’s email field and both people’s notes to avoid email-based merging in HOME. Shared phones can go on both.
Address, tags, notes, status and home anniversary are copied to both. Personal dates and job information stay with person 1; their original values are also kept in person 2’s notes.
Relationship tags help you find the pair; create their household link in HOME after importing. Separate-contact creation in HOME still needs verification.
These are sample contacts, not your whole list. Use Previous contact and Next contact to check a few.
Choose where each column goes in HOME. Changes apply to every contact in this file.
To correct missing or incorrect contact details, edit your source file.
Rename a tag, add an alias, or remove it from every contact. Privacy and suppression tags remain protected.
Choose how your contacts start out in HOME, add tags if you like, then continue to download.
A status is where a contact stands with you. HOME uses it to remind you when to reach out.
These are HOME’s defaults. This tool sets the status in your file but doesn’t change HOME’s settings.
It goes on every contact across all your uploaded files, including contacts without a status.
Press Enter or use commas to add tags. Up to 48 characters per tag. Existing tags are kept.
OPTIONAL · AFTER DOWNLOAD
Your search names and prompts are filled in from the export. Copy and paste into Home’s AI assistant, or download them for later. You can skip this entirely. Your contact download is already complete.
Download the file below, then upload it in HOME → Contacts → Import. Nothing has been added to HOME yet.
Each import CSV stays below 10 MB and contains up to 10,000 contacts. If you receive a ZIP, unzip it and import each numbered CSV into HOME separately.
OPTIONAL NEXT STEP
Keep the full record for your files or support: source details, mapping choices, reports, and alternate import files. You don’t need this archive to import your contacts.
Export mapping saves your column choices, statuses and tag translations as a small file, never your contacts. Tags you add to every contact are not saved. On the next file, open Edit field mapping on Preview and choose Import mapping.
Reading your files and building the result. Larger lists may take a little longer.
